Welcome to our home...

Our house was built in 2007, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor, as well as a living, dining kitchen, and main floor laundry. It sits on a quarter acre lot. It has travertine flooring and a thick upgraded carpet. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, it also has a gas fireplace and tray ceiling in the living room. The Master bedroom also has a tray ceiling. The basement is partially finished. It has a family room with an electric fireplace, which is great on chilly days. it also has a fun play space for kids under the stairs. The basement then has room for 3 more bedrooms, a bathroom and storage area. When we built the house we opted for the high-efficiency gas furnace and also a gas water heater. It is also plumbed and ready for AC. The outside of the house is probably the best. It has big trees and plantings, night lighting, an industrial grade paver patio, square foot gardens, a Rainbow playset (negotiable), and a gas fire pit---that's right, you can have a fire and not have to haul wood or smell like smoke.
